These missionaries are kind, giving, full of laughter, and eager to share the love of the Lord. They are also all in fourth to sixth grade.

The Lord wasn't joking around when he told the crowds to come as little children. These children are proof to St. Louis that while they may be small in stature, they are big in heart.

Here is "A Day in the Life" of our Encounter St. Louis trip!

While every day is different on an Adventures In Missions Encounter Trip, here is an example of one day out of our week in St Louis!

7 am Wake Up!!!

7:30- 8:30 am Motel Breakfast & Devotions

8:30 Depart for our AM ministries

9:00- 12:00 Am Ministry

While some crews went to volunteer in local thrift stores, this crew joined in some local clean up around the motel. The manager and workers were shocked and amazed at their hard work, kindness, and  maturity!

Brightside is a wonderful, non- profit organization which connects neighborhoods in need with volunteers. Brightside connected our group to Miss Angela and her neighborhood in the inner city of St. Louis. Miss Angela is the head of her Neighborhood Watch group. It is a huge job as this area is over run at night with guns, drugs and violence, but this tough, loveable Grandma relies on the Lord for protection and guidance.  It was an honor to serve alongside of her to make a small change in this neighborhood. She is truly a gift from the Lord to this neighborhood community and we are so blessed to call her our sister- or "cousin"- in the Lord.
