Indy Team Has Arrived!

Our Indianapolis Team has arrived!

Today we went on a Walk around St. Louis with our new friend Patrick!
We learned there are alot of homeless people here in the city.
We also learned how we can volunteer here and at home to help cities with a homeless population.
There are many places here in St. Louis who are already doing alot for the people in need of help. Some of them just offer a place to sit outside of the elements and meals during the day, others a bed to sleep in at night. Some of the places offer medical services from nurses that come to visit and some will help you find a job if you are looking for one.

Some things you can be praying for are:

• More resources to come into the ministries that are working hard to keep people safe and fed here in St. Louis.
• For God to provide enough each person in need with enough nutritious food to keep them healthy.
• A clean place for everyone to live either in transitional housing and apartments or even a clean bed in a night shelter.
• That our team can have different experiences here than we do at home and come back with a different point of view than we had when we left.
• Pray for personal encounters with the Lord for each person on the field that we can share with others.
